Do I need my own Claude or ChatGPT account?
Yes, and no API key. SBMM AI Studio runs on your computer and signs in through the Claude CLI or the ChatGPT Codex CLI with your normal account, so the words are generated on the plan you already pay for. SBMM Cloud never bills you per word or per article.
Does my article content go to SBMM Cloud?
No. Projects, drafts, prompts, research and finished articles stay in the app's own storage on your computer. SBMM Cloud receives operational data only: a salted hash of the title, the workflow, app and engine versions, and the state of the run.
Which operating systems are supported?
Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. There is no macOS or Linux build today, and we do not want to promise one before it exists.
How many computers can I use?
One computer per plan to begin with, and you can move that seat to another computer up to three times in thirty days. You remove a computer yourself from your account page.
What happens if a run fails?
A run that never started releases its article straight away. A run that failed after it started is covered by three failed-article releases per calendar month, and a paused or crashed run can resume on the same authorisation for six days without being charged twice.
